New Project

Hi everyone,

I'm sharing a project I've been working on called DS-160 Form Pilot. It was originally something I built for myself and some of my other expat friends since I’ve had to fill out around 6 of these over the last 8 years (I change jobs roughly every 1-2 years.)

There are two problems I’m trying to solve here:

1. Getting around the bs that is the official DS-160 application timing out. Especially when it comes to the travel section and previous work history. Every response is saved immediately as you go and you don’t have to solve a captcha to resume your application.

2. Being able to reuse the responses in a previous application for the next DS-160 you will need to complete in the future (on average ~230 responses on the simple side and ~500 on the more complex forms). A new DS-160 will take you less than 5 minutes to complete this way since you will only need to add the new work history + new travel; Form Pilot will fill it out in under a minute.
